Please open your order on receipt. Any claims for damages or missing items must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order. We take photos of every box that leaves us and the contents of each carton is noted on our system so if an entire carton goes missing we know what is inside. The order will be labelled box 1 of 3, 2 of 3 etc so if you’re missing a box please let us know which one it is when you call. In the unfortunate circumstance of a damaged or missing item(s) we will issue either a credit note or a refund (or at our discretion redelivery of the missing item if in stock).
